Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason your not satisfied, we are here to help.

Please note that due to high demand for our products, we are unable to offer size exchanges, however, if you received a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, we will be happy to exchange that for you.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Important message about the worldwide COVID-19 situation:

On behalf of everyone at Pali_Prints, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. As always we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, and customers. We are a small family-owned business and we are shipping orders normally. Please be assured that as individuals we are all practicing social distancing, frequently washing our hands, frequently sanitizing our equipment, and making sure the products we ship are clean and safe.

Due to these security measures, which currently take place everywhere internationally at all companies, there may sometimes be delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – but if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.


If you receive damaged item, please take a picture and email us the picture at right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.




All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the receipt date. All return items must be in new or unused condition with all the original tags and labels attached.


Return Process


To return an item, please contact customer service at or go to your Return Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Place the item securely in its original box and mail it to the address provided.

You may also use the shipping label enclosed in your package. Return shipping label will be paid or reimbursed by us.




After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
